Working with Individuals, Groups and Professionals
When you transform trauma you transform your Life
Working specifically with complex trauma, childhood and adult sexual assault, domestic violence, mental health, grief and loss.
As an integrative practitioner I work with individuals and groups within a holistic and personalised approach. My practice is trauma informed, focusing on strength and resilience within. I draw on many years of wisdom in working with those impacted by trauma and abuse.
Counselling is a place where you can explore and process the impacts of trauma, grief, abuse, betrayal, shame and guilt. Counselling can help you gain clarify, explore options, refine values, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.
It can also assist in developing skills and strategies, self acceptance, challenge negative beliefs, understand behaviour patterns, address maladaptive patterns, make meaning of emotions and feelings. You can learn healthy life patterns, setting boundaries, develop interpersonal skills, self care and develop a secure sense of self.
It will allow you to reframe old stories of self loathing and mistrust to regain a sense of self and move towards writing a new and brave story of strength, resilience, courage, compassion and self worth.
There is no one size fits all in therapy, it is journey of self discovery, an experience of transformation.
Supervision is essential to the health and wellbeing of practitioners working with complex trauma. Firstly, supervision can provide you with the space to debrief and process impacts of the work on you as an individual in managing vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout. Secondly, it is a reflective place to present cases for feedback, advice, brainstorming strategies, validation and to gain insights, wisdom and growth in working with the complexities that are presented in our work with individuals and groups impacted by adversities in life and finally its about supporting you to grow in your career.
We all need a space to reflect on practice
Knowing you are not alone can be healing

The Daring Way™ is an experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help people learn how to Show Up, Be Seen, Live Brave™ . The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead. It guides you towards connection through the practices of courage, vulnerability, compassion, shame, resiliency and wholehearted living. It will provide clarity of values and assist in cultivating a deeper understanding of outgrown stories we tell ourselves and encourage rewriting new healthy stories to live a wholehearted life.
