Hi I'm Lorraine, I'm an Accredited EMDR Consultant, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 25 years of dedicated work in the field of counselling, trauma therapy and holistic psychotherapy.  

 

I have extensive experience in working with complex post-traumatic stress, adult survivors of childhood sexual assault, child protection, dissociative disorders, domestic and family violence, mental health, grief, and loss.  Have held roles in state and national non-government agencies, government services including health and education. 

 

My work embraces a holistic framework, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit.  Whilst EMDR informs much of my psychotherapeutic approach with clients, I have a rich toolbox of trauma informed approaches, including.
