Whether you are newly trained and trying to consolidate learnings, working toward EMDRAA accreditation, or wanting to refine and deepen your EMDR skills, I offer a warm, collaborative consultation space designed to extend your skills help you feel more certain, grounded, and skillful in your EMDR work.

What is EMDR Consultation?

EMDR consultation is specifically for those along the EMDR training journey, either moving towards completion of basic training, working towards accreditation as a practitioner or consultant. Both individual and group hours can be counted towards your consultation requirements regardless of where you are in you EMDR journey unless otherwise stated Through consultation, you’ll gain: A deeper understanding of EMDR principles, protocols, and adaptations Guidance in integrating EMDR into your existing therapeutic approach Support to navigate complex client presentations Increased confidence and clarity and competency with each phase of the EMDR And much more

My Approach to EMDR Consultation

I offer consultation that is warm, intuitive, collaborative, clinically grounded and enriching. I enjoy sharing insights, practical strategies, and creative approaches as you develop your EMDR identity. My style is to walk alongside you, supporting your strengths, helping you explore challenges, and offering considerations and a space where you can grow with confidence and curiosity. I specialise in: Attachment-Informed EMDR Advanced Parts Work and Ego State, Structural Dissociation, IFS informed Working with complex PTSD, trauma and abuse across the life span, Working with disenfranchised and excessive complicated grief These frameworks are woven into consultation to help you feel more attuned, grounded and prepared when working with all complex presentations.

EMDR Individual Consultation

COST: $225 AUD

DURATION: 60 mins

LOCATION: Online via Zoom or Ashfield, NSW

1:1 EMDR Consultation for Therapists Across Australia & Internationally. Consultation is valuable at any stage whether you’re newly trained, expanding skills, pursuing accreditation, or returning to EMDR after a break. You’ll be met with warmth, clarity, and support.

EMDR Therapy for Therapists

Alongside my longer-term work with complex and dissociative presentations, I offer a small number of short-term, EMDR-focused therapy places for therapists and allied health practitioners.


These sessions support you to work through what feels heavy or stuck, so you can feel more resourced, clearer, and more connected in both life and practice.
