Individual Consultation
Providing consultation to therapists nationwide and internationally. I am passionate about all things EMDR, both transforming clients lives and imparting skills and knowledge for therapists to assist their clients to transform their clients lives through EMDR.
My mission is to assist as many therapists as practically possible integrate and embody EMDR into their toolbox and practice through education, encouragement and empowerment. I am known for my energy, inspiration, passion and encouraging consultation style. I have extensive experience in working with complex presentations and believe all clients benefit from EMDR, so let me inspire you to help your clients. We can explore variations to standard protocol that can meet the needs of your clients and still adhere to fidelity.
I know how important it is to have consultation throughout your journey with EMDR, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner seeking to enhance your skills, confidence or working towards accreditation, even someone who is coming back to EMDR after an extended time away from practice, feeling a little hesitation or ambivalence with getting started.
Individual consultations are conducted online via Zoom or in-person at Ashfield, NSW. All sessions can contribute to EMDRAA membership and accreditation requirements, unless stated otherwise. You can book online or make contact for a brief chat before we get started.

EMDR Group Consultation
Group consultation is a fantastic way to network with like-minded therapists, share experiences, ask questions, brainstorm cases, address challenges, build knowledge and skills together, whilst mastering EMDR.
Encouraging and empowering each other to take a deeper dive into the understanding of EMDR, where and how to start with complex presentations, variations that may assist in working with challenging and complex cases, how to work with dissociative disorders, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression and grief.
I believe groups provide a space to learn from each other and can be a fun informative, enriching professional experience of growth with a focus on the magic of EMDR.
Groups are currently available online only via zoom.
