Transforming lives for over 23 years, Counselling, Coaching Consultation and Supervision to individuals and groups 

Specializing in working with adult survivors of childhood sexual assault, domestic violence, mental health, grief and loss.

I have empowered individuals and groups to move towards safety, stabilisation, facilitated trauma processing and encouraged reconnection with self, community and to life. 

I draw on evidence-based practice and practice-based wisdom with a little bit of intuition.

I am an Accredited EMDR Consultant. 


My passion is EMDR both working with clients and assisting professionals integrate EMDR into their practice and gain accreditation.

What is EMDR?

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an evidence-based psychotherapy which helps individuals process memories, symptoms, experiences, maladaptive beliefs and sensations.  It has shown that EMDR enhances people's ability to resolve and heal as more adaptive networks develop through processing.  EMDR is an 8-phase psychotherapy that addresses past present and future targets.
