What Is EMDR Therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process by helping you process memories, emotions, and beliefs that have remained “stuck” or unresolved.

Rather than talking through every detail, EMDR works by gently activating your brain’s own ability to integrate past experiences — so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your life.
